Audio files¶
Files is the shared repository of hypnosis audio uploaded by the community.
Browsing¶
The Hypnosis Files page lists files with title, author, description, rating, category, download count, comments, number of files and release date. The sidebar filters by Author, Category (the same tags as projects) and Rating.
The search box accepts plain words plus these tokens, each of which can be negated with
a leading -:

Downloading¶
A file page shows its details, a File Downloads list and comments. Download opens a notice that the file is provided as-is by its author; Accept and Download fetches it and counts the download.
Signed-out visitors can only open a file if its author allowed public access in their settings.
Uploading¶
Submit a File creates an entry with a title, category, description and content
rating, then Manage Submissions lets you attach the audio. Only .mp3 files are
accepted. A submission can be edited three times; each edit sends it back for review and
resets its download count.
Every new file and every attached recording is locked until a moderator reviews it, which can take up to eight hours. While locked, the author can keep adding files.
Audio files can also be attached to a project as Related Audio Files, which links the two in both directions.
Content ratings¶
Choose the rating that fits the recording. These are the site’s guidelines:
- Tame
Language may include some profanity but is not sexual. Dialogue may be suggestive or discuss adult themes. No sexual or fetish content beyond brief affection.
- Mature
Persistent profanity or sexual discussion intended to arouse, but not through a fetish lens. Mild sexual activity or themes, implied acts, light fetish references.
- Adult
Sexually explicit language or references to fetishes outside general parlance (hypnosis itself excepted). Explicit sexual content and extreme fetishes. When in doubt, if it is a fetish, label it Adult.
Only upload work you made yourself, or remixes with attribution in the description.
Early access for supporters¶
Some new recordings from the site’s own author are available to supporters for their first 30 days before opening to everyone. Non-supporters see Early Access for Supporters and the date it unlocks.
