Action Task (ACT)¶
An Action Task tells the subject to do something. The instruction is shown on screen with a full-width button labelled Click here to Complete Your Task. When the subject presses it, the session completes.
Action tasks are useful for setup, aftercare, breaks between other sessions, or any real-world step you want the subject to take. An instruction can be as simple as Turn off the lights or a longer checklist such as Turn off the lights, close the door, sit in a comfortable chair, silence any other devices, then begin the next session.
